Today I got a chance to go flying with my new GoPro HD Hero camera (Thanks to Ryan from wingsoverwasatch.com

Not much special with this as editing the HD h.264 files from this camera are very much a pain. Will probably need to transcode in the future.

I'm generally pleased with the image quality. Not nearly as good as my GH1, but MUCH cheaper and much easier to mount.

Shot at 720 60p. I wanted to try out the 1080 mode, but I guess there is less field of view in that mode. Did a few speed changes toward the beginning to see what the slow motion looked like.

Footage was color graded with Magic Bullet Looks to correct some chromatic aberration and increase contrast and saturation.
